I love this workout DVD. I was having a hard time losing my weight after having my son. Nothing seemed to be working, until I tried this DVD. I works you out very well. It is based on a 3-2-1 sytem. There are three circuits. In each circuit they work you 3 minutes strengh, 2 minutes cardio, and 1 minute abs. It is only 20 minutes and all you need are some hand weights. There are also 3 levels and they are tough but it does it's job if you are consistant. I love it!
